Affordable Tax Credit Apartment Management

As one of the leading LIHTC fee management companies, AOG Living has extensive experience in the affordable housing sector. We are one of the few management firms with our own in-house Section 42 Compliance Department, which reviews and must approve each certification in advance of the effective date. AOG Living has received an incredible amount of “no findings” State audits.
